1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our shared web hosting and WordPress hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible.
  • Refunds apply to first-time hosting orders only and do not cover renewals.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals (as per ICANN regulations)
  • SSL Certificates
  • Dedicated IP Addresses
  • VPS Hosting and Dedicated Servers
  • One-Time Setup Fees
  • Completed Website Migration Services
  • Custom Development or Support Services

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team via [email protected] or through your HostPawa client dashboard.
  • Provide your account details, order number, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting services at any time through your HostPawa client dashboard. Please note:

Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund unless requested within the 14-day money-back guarantee period.

Any unpaid invoices must be cleared before account closure.

5. Abuse & Policy Violations

Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or engaging in prohibited activities (such as spamming, hosting illegal content, or server abuse) will be terminated without eligibility for a refund.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

HostPawa reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take immediate effect. Continued use of our services after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
