Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on all online marketing efforts — from social media campaigns to SEO, content marketing, and paid ads. You will build our digital presence, drive customer acquisition, and grow our online visibility in Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X
- Develop and manage SEO strategy for organic visibility on search engines
- Create high-converting landing pages and optimize website content
- Run and analyze email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, retention)
- Coordinate and monitor affiliate/partner programs
- Lead content creation (blog, case studies, marketing emails)
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics
- Collaborate with design and dev teams to ensure branding and UX consistency
- Manage social media calendar and engagement (organic + paid)
- Conduct market research on competitors and trends in Nigerian hosting and tech space
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with web hosting, WordPress, or tech tools is a strong advantage
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think analytically
